Refund policy

SISTER aim to create unique long lasting garments of great quality and fit. We are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange when:
    • Items are returned within 7 days of receiving your order 
    • Items are returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed)
    • Items are accompanied with a proof of purchase

We do not accept returns on items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount (excludes new subscriber 10% discount).

    HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

    • Email hello@sisterstudios.com.au for a Return Authorisation number before returning your item.
    • After you've been issued an RA number please send your items to:

    Please note: Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchange. Unauthorised returns on sale or discounted items will not be processed and returned to sender.

    The return sender is responsible for all shipping charges. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. 

    A confirmation email will be sent when your return/exchange has been processed.

    Returns are processed within 7 days of receipt.

        Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our head office. Please ensure you package your return with care and with tracking to prevent any damages.
