No returns or exchanges will be offered on sale or discounted items.
SISTER aim to create unique long lasting garments of great quality and fit. We are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange when:
- We only accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items are returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed)
- Items are accompanied with a proof of purchase
How to return or exchange
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
Email hello@sisterstudios.com.au for a Return Authorisation number before returning your item.
After you've been issued an RA number please send your items to:

A confirmation email will be sent when your return/exchange has been processed.
Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt.
Please note, returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our head office. Please ensure you package your return with care to prevent any damages.
